Hello, my name is Jonathan Motter and I’m glad you have come to our page! I am a licensed California real estate agent and member of the Bakersfield Association of Realtors. I am also a graduate of CSU Bakersfield where I was a member of the national honor societies, Alpha Chi and Beta Gamma Sigma. During my time at CSUB I was an actively drilling reservist in the United States Marine Corp and spent some time overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom. I am happy to be back and part of the community again. Currently, I am studying to take the real estate brokers license exam. It is my desire to improve the community by helping those around us feel the satisfaction of becoming a homeowner.
